I had looked on several Toyota Dealer websites for a service special coupon for my 2007 Sienna. I needed to replace the Iridium spark plugs because it had over 132,000 miles. So I found a special coupo service special coupon for my 2007 Sienna. I needed to replace the Iridium spark plugs because it had over 132,000 miles. So I found a special coupon on their website for a “Mini Major” deal that included oil and filter change, engine air filter replacement, Rotate tires, coolant and transmission drain and refill and replace the spark plugs— all for $300 plus tax and extra $60-100 for the more expensive Iridium plugs that are required for the 07 Sienna. They even throw in a multi-point inspection and automatic machine car wash for Free... No Toyota dealership anywhere could come close to matching that price. Some will say they could try or give you 20% off their price or even say they will match it only to get you to come in and then realize it is not possible to do it for that price because they have to follow what the set price is in their menu system. So since it’s an Elk Grove Toyota coupon, I drove there from Vacaville after being told by Maita that they would match it only to go there and get a manager say they cannot. He actually wanted to add another $500 more just to do the spark plugs. I said no thanks and called the Service advisor, Nick Kersten, at the Elk Grove Toyota Service department who gave me awesome customer service. He had room to take me that same day without an appointment and of course honored their service special coupon. That’s because they want your business and for you to come back again. It’s the best price around for all that is included by a lot. More

Great customer service at a reasonable price. I had 3 engine belts replaced and AC repaired because there was a leak. The cost was about half the price I was quoted at another dealership. This is the second time my experience here was horrible with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that h with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that hadn’t even been vacuumed, let alone detailed. Jeffrey was not helpful and Izeah was absolutely rude and dismissive. No one took ownership of the fact that the work was not done nor understood I can’t transport my child back and forth in an Uber. The expectation was that I had to spend all Saturday at the dealership with my 4 y/o child for them to clean the car or take an Uber home without a car seat for my child and have no access to a car. After I took my car home and emailed Jeannette the response was again an offer of Uber or I could rent a car so that I have access to a vehicle while Toyota corrected their mistakes. I was transferred to Brian ultimately who’s tone on the phone was just nasty. To be treated as a nuisance when I’m Toyota keeps not completing the services expected is beyond frustrating. Brian did tersely agree to give a loaner vehicle and set a service date. However, the wasted time and energy spent on this were unacceptable. To be treated so Poorly (especially with my child and elderly mother present) when Toyota created the problem was just insulting. More

The work I needed on my car was completed after some miscommunication with my service tech. When I came to pick up my car, I was told it was behind another building. There were no signs or employees to miscommunication with my service tech. When I came to pick up my car, I was told it was behind another building. There were no signs or employees to assist me in finding that location. When I found my car, I felt it was in a desolate location. It was a very uncomfortable feeling for a woman alone. The Roseville Toyota dealership always brings my car up to me when I come to pick it up. That is a much more professional service. My overall feeling is that it appears the Elk Grove Toyota dealership is having financial difficulties and has cut back on staff. More
