I have no problem of their sales force. I like the online sales process. However their services system make no sense. Booked an appointment for brake fluid exchange at 8 am. At the most it I like the online sales process. However their services system make no sense. Booked an appointment for brake fluid exchange at 8 am. At the most it is a 2 hours job. But the advisor said the car won't be ready until afternoon and they don't provide a ride anymore. What is the purpose of making an appointment and told them what work is needed. I went to a brake specialist and it was 1.5 hours from the time I walked in to the time I left the shop. And save half the cost. More
