Done Well and Ahead of Schedule I was greeted as soon as I arrived and my car prepared for registration. Another service person came to my car and offered me a drink or snack while I was greeted as soon as I arrived and my car prepared for registration. I was told my car would be ready in 90 minutes, and in 75 minutes, I got a text, phone call, and email telling me that my car was ready. More

Fast and Easy I took my new Tacoma in for its 5K service and was very pleased with the service I received. I'm a morning person so I booked at 730am appointment. I I took my new Tacoma in for its 5K service and was very pleased with the service I received. I'm a morning person so I booked at 730am appointment. I was 4th in line so it took about 15-20 minutes for the Service Adviser to get to me. My truck was done in less than a hour, even though I was told 60-90 minutes. The waiting room had coffee and fresh donuts. More

POSITIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE I have a 2002 Toyota deuce coupe. After taking advantage of an oil change discount coupon I had seen in one of Elk Grove Toyota's monthly email ads, I I have a 2002 Toyota deuce coupe. After taking advantage of an oil change discount coupon I had seen in one of Elk Grove Toyota's monthly email ads, I received notification that I had 3 additional issues regarding my auto that I should address. They gave me an "express" appointment when I called. One of the issues involved replacing my 2 rear wheels. When I questioned why this was recommended, the advisor, Alvin Kumar, showed me the cracks in the tires. I couldn't see them. He took a cell photo which clearly showed the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost. The final bill was 10 % less. The service experience was positive and efficient and included a van drive to and back from my home for the 3 hour period it took to perform the services. . More
