Miranda was an absolute rockstar, and in my opinion is the benchmark of what a salesperson should be. Over the course of several weeks she answered every question I had perfectly and was never pushy within the process. The best part about dealing with her was the fact that she was willing to drive my new vehicle almost 2 hours to red deer on Father’s Day so I didn’t have to go to Edmonton. That to me is above and beyond customer service. I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves. This individual is an absolute rockstar at her job.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience at Straightline Kia, and it’s all thanks to two amazing people: Jesse Marshall and Cesar Regalado in Finance. From the start, Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s genuine, authentic, funny, and just all-around real. Talking to him felt like hanging out with a good friend who truly has your best interests at heart. There was no pressure, no awkward sales tactics – just honest guidance, lots of laughs, and a smooth, easy process from start to finish. Jesse is the kind of person who makes you feel seen and heard, and that made such a difference. Once we found the perfect vehicle, Cesar took over to guide us through the finance process. He was honest, EXTREMELY patient, and explained every detail without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and made sure we left the dealership feeling confident and supported. As we were trading in our first-ever Kia that we loved so much, the running joke with Cesar became that I wanted to have the same "sparkle" in my eyes with the new car that we were buying from them as we had when we bought our old one. And he definitely made sure the sparkle was there when I left the dealership 😊 All in all, these two made the whole experience feel personal and even fun – something I never thought I’d say about buying a car. Put a deposit on a truck, was told what was going to be fixed, came to pick up and wasn’t ready but was sure pushing for us to sign a deal. Said no we will when all the agreed items are fixed, came back another time when told that it was ready. Nothing was done, it’s was dirty, scratches were fixed by a 2 year old and to top it off Ben the sales agent wasn’t even there!! We decided not to go with the truck and the text we got from Ben was, “well maybe it is for the better!” What the heck-awful to say when you work on commission. He was not interested in fixing the situation. Very disappointed!
