Great people helped us with our old subaru, and let us know what was what, and also helped us get a great used vehicle. Drove from Edmonton to work with these people. Well worth it.

My father and I were impressed with the very knowledgeable Manager Jason who walked me through the details of the car and the Salesman Ernesto with whom I did the Test Drive. The test drive with Ernesto was extensive, thorough and enthusiastic...an enjoyable experience. Everything was clearly explained to me in excellent detail and in a relaxed unhurried manner. Would and have, highly recommend this dealers Manager and salesman. Thank you!

We are very happy with our Outback, however I was not as happy when negotiating our purchase. There did not seem to be any give, if we wanted to buy this automobile, pay the price.

My Review of Scott Subaru:
After spending 2 months last year looking at all makes and models I found myself driving past a Subaru dealership I did not know existed. I decided to stop in and check out the show room. This was to be the best decision I could have made.
As I was admiring the new Outback in the showroom I had the great fortune to meet Sheena who proceeded to show me every feature of the 2011 Outback. It was quickly apparent she has an honest appreciation of the vehicles she was representing. Sheena's enthusiasm is infectious. You can't help but walk away smiling after talking with her.
The sales team at Scott Subaru (Sheena, Ernesto and Jason) truly demonstrated team work and patience with me. I stopped by a couple of more times with follow up questions and was always made to feel very welcome no matter who I spoke with.
The entire sales and service team were also a large part of my decision to purchase this vehicle. The Scott Subaru service team is very considerate of my personal time. They have always met my scheduled appointment times whether it was for routine servicing or to address the two recent factory service advisories. This is a welcome change from some of the other dealerships I have dealt with in Red Deer.
I have now owned my Outback for 11 months and have not had one regret with my decision. The 2011 Outback's is a great vehicle to drive. I have travelled through the mountains and across the prairies and continue to be amazed at the comfort and handling. The safety features and vehicle design are very well thought out.

My Review of Scott Subaru:
Dealing with Sheena, Leslie and Jordan was awesome! It started with Sheena. I had visited a number of other dealerships and had pretty much made my decision. I visited Scott Subaru last to check-out the Foresters, just so I could feel that I had seen all comparable vehicles that I was interested in. Sheena was the only sales person I met who walked through all the features of her product inside and out - she knows her stuff. Not only is she knowledgeable about the vehicles, dealing with Sheena felt like I was talking with someone I had known for years. She basically stole my business away from one of your competitors. Post-sale I've emailed Sheena and she's answered a few other questions for me - she's very resourceful and is always willing to help. I dealt with Leslie on the finances - she was also friendly and professional - Leslie even arranged for the transfer of my automobile insurance. Jordan was very helpful in a follow-up visit to correct a wheel alignment problem (that probably occurred during the transport of the vehicle to promptly bring in exactly the vehile I wanted, from another Subaru dealership in the province) - I'll look forward to dealing with Jordan in the future too when I bring my vehicle in for regular service visits. And BTW, everytime I drive my Forester, I'm sure I made the right decision - it simply feels right.

A Subaru was not one of the vehicles that we were considering to purchase. We happened to be driving by the dealership and went for a test drive. Road conditions were terrible that day and the Outback out performed the other 6 SUVs we drove. Our decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership was based not only on the product but also on the professional/knowledgeable staff.

My Review of Scott Subaru:
Sheena knew I preferred to communicate by email, so that's what she did. She knew I was looking at a few other vehicles, so she emailed me comparisons between the Forester and other comparable vehicles that I had in mind. She gave me time to look around, but was always there with an answer whenever I needed her, no matter the question. I love the safety in construction of the Subaru. While I wanted the all-wheel drive, I had been worried about gas mileage, and it does give me a good rate. They must be doing a good job at Scott Subaru (no commission/no sales pressure) because I'm seeing more and more Subaru's on the road in Red Deer.

My Review of Scott Subaru:
My 2002 Subaru Outback had gone 292,000 km and finally started to have major mechanical problems. As I don't live in Red Deer, I had to have the car towed to Scott Subaru and I had a number of phone conversations with Jordan in Service. Jordan was extremely helpful in finding time to check my car out, diagnosis the problem, and cost out the repairs. When it became apparent that it was time to look at a new car, Sheena was great. I really appreciated the fact that sales staff are not on commission. Sheen understood that I was happy with the basic model of the style I was interested in and never tried to talk me into a more expensive model or additional accessories. Leslie was very friendly and efficient in helping me with the financing. I was very pleased with my experience at Scott Subaru and would encourage them to continue doing what they are doing as it is working. I would also ask the management team to pass my thanks on to Jordan, Sheena , and Leslie. I will certainly continue to utilize the services of Scott Subaru and will tell others of my experience.
