I’ve had average experiences prior but never as outstanding as with this Sherwood Chev dealer. Dealing with Nathan - Sales and Harrison - GM. These 2 made this so smooth and enjoyable, even through the whole process we were still able to enjoy some laughs together and they treated me more than just another buyer and with respect. I cannot begin to say how much time, work and efforts they both put in into making me extremely happy with my purchase but even more so that it made me feel like they we’re working for me and together with me and not making me feel like it was them vs me. They made me feel like we were all on the same team working together to achieve the goal of purchasing. I would also like to thank Tenille and Derek with their time, help and efforts and appreciated their involvement as well. I purchased my new F-150 in December 2023. Although my experience with the sales team was pretty good, my experience with Sherwood Ford’s service department has been something of a dumpster fire. Some issues include – my truck being returned with a blemish found under the 3M X-pel treatment, going without the truck for almost a week because of an incorrectly ordered part and subsequent part shortage, and having my truck returned with a someone else’s tires in my box. Most recently, I made an appointment with the service department to have my winter tires swapped out for summer tires – when I showed up for the appointment (twice confirmed beforehand) the service department was completely closed up! Although I have asked for a call back from a manager regarding the issue, it’s been almost half a day and I have received nothing. With a day and a half remaining in this week, I am out of area for the next thee. Following a few days break upon my return, I am being deployed for 6 months with the CAF. All this means I am now having to take time away from a family activity this weekend to do the work Sherwood Ford did not. My whole point to this comment – when you think about where to purchase your next vehicle, think about service. When you think about service – think about some place other than Sherwood Ford. I am frustrated beyond words, and have no faith let in this dealership or its management team.
