"Brought our 2019 Prius Prime for our prepaid service and had booked an appointment 3 weeks ahead for an early morning appointment. 5 hours laters we get our car back for what should have been a 2 hour service. First was told they were like a doctors office where you wait until your turn in line comes up even though we had booked 3 weeks ahead. Next they said it was a communication error. Then to top it off they where going to charge us for our prepaid service. We have been loyal customers since 2009 when we bought our RAV4 and then our Prius Prime in 2019. Once our service agreement ends we intend to go elsewhere for service and future car buying."
