I was so excited to finally be getting into a hybrid. Things started off good here, and the business manger was wonderful, but once the bill of sale was signed I was completely forgotten about by the sales staff. There were so many things that the sales staff could have shared with me about the vehicle that I instead had to figure out myself the hard way. And then, insult to injury, the deal included winter tires that had to be ordered in, and I had to call in to ask about them because no one called me when they arrived, and then the sales person told me to come and see her when I brought the car in to get the tires put on and when I did she did not even acknowledge that I was there. It was so deflating. I love my new car, but I will never go back to this delearship for future purchases.

Worst Service. Never ever go fo the Undercoating - Prince
Recently i bought Corolla from this location. My experience was worst. NEVER EVER go for the undercoating from them. Its big SCAM.They charged $680 and its totally waste especially if you move out from Novascotia. When i told i dont want undercoating, then they told my monthly payment would be high if i dont go for that. Actually when they made the estimate it was not included in that. They gave me new car that ran already 470 KM in the speedometer. Unfriendly management. I asked about the mileage before the delivery but finanace person John didnt respond to that. I wont recommend this place for any of my friends.

I went in for an oil change which is usually about $50. The total cost was $100, because they upgraded the oil to the most expensive they had with out asking for my consent. They told me that the truck needed a water pump and it would cost $212 to replace it. I had to ask the owner of the truck and said. I would get back to them. when I made the service date I confirmed the price was $212 installed they confirmed. The total bill was almost $492. The service manager Donna Dion, talked to the owner Gordon Muise, then asked me for my keys to check the vin number on the truck, walked to the door turned around and waled over to me and informed me that the owner said that I was to pay the or they were going to keep my truck. I asked Donna Dion if I could talk to the owner and she said " Gordon Muise does not to be bothered with you.
They never apologized for their error in the quote, or for lying to me in order to get my keys.
This is not what I would call good customer service, or a good dealership. The other people in the waiting area were unhappy with the customer service and said they were going to get their warrantee work done elsewhere next time. If you get work done here expect to pay more than the quote, and bring extra keys. You probably will not be happy, and the owner probably won't want to be bothered with you either.
