I just ^had the best car buying experience EVER! We live 4 hours away and Derek, Jennifer and Peter knocked our service experience out of the park. Other dealers were not interested in our business, yet Derek and Peter found the truck I was looking for and brought it in as a custom order. There were no surprises or hidden fees, no last minute speed wobbles over the trade. We arrived an hour early and the team had us signed and delivered before our appointment time. It was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase experience I have ever had, hands down, ever. If you live in Nova Scotia, check them out, it is well worth the drive.

Janessa Caravan goes to the head of the class. After her first greeting, I decided I would be purchasing my new Tacoma at O'Regan's Halifax. She was engaging and informative without being pushy. I left the dealership that day knowing she would be keeping an eye out for the perfect truck for me. In about two weeks, she contacted me to inform me there was a truck scheduled to arrive in about a month. She arranged for her business manager to contact me and the vehicle was ear-marked for me within minutes.(no need to go to the dealership). From there, Janessa's professionalism kicked in. She arranged and ordered on my behalf, upgraded shifter and skid plate(also the installation), 4 winter rims and tires installed and balanced, undercoating and paint protection. She was able to complete all these tedious and confusing tasks without me ever setting foot in the dealership. On the day of delivery, she skillfully navigated me through the technical options on my Tacoma exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the product. She even spent the time to tag all the sections of my manual and point out the areas that are most important. If I could, I would give her six stars out of five.

Extremely overpriced. I searched and picked a car but when compared the price, at least $2000 overpriced than the average car price even a lot of issues in the used car. I won't recommend those.

I went in for an oil change which is usually about $50. The total cost was $100, because they upgraded the oil to the most expensive they had with out asking for my consent. They told me that the truck needed a water pump and it would cost $212 to replace it. I had to ask the owner of the truck and said. I would get back to them. when I made the service date I confirmed the price was $212 installed they confirmed. The total bill was almost $492. The service manager Donna Dion, talked to the owner Gordon Muise, then asked me for my keys to check the vin number on the truck, walked to the door turned around and waled over to me and informed me that the owner said that I was to pay the or they were going to keep my truck. I asked Donna Dion if I could talk to the owner and she said " Gordon Muise does not to be bothered with you.
They never apologized for their error in the quote, or for lying to me in order to get my keys.
This is not what I would call good customer service, or a good dealership. The other people in the waiting area were unhappy with the customer service and said they were going to get their warrantee work done elsewhere next time. If you get work done here expect to pay more than the quote, and bring extra keys. You probably will not be happy, and the owner probably won't want to be bothered with you either.
