Victor is the best car salesperson we have met yet, we arrived 15min before the dealer shuts doors on a Sunday and yet Victor arranged for us to test drive the car, answered all of our questions with details. We felt no pressure to purchase, yet we ended up purchasing the car because of his professionalism. Carol (Finance dept.) did everything to make the paper work go smooth, she showed us all the relevant service options we could purchase with the car and stayed very late to answer all of our questions and made sure we got the right thing. Finally got my hot hatch! I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I searched a few dealerships that had them but found Erinwood had many to choose from as well as a I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I searched a few dealerships that had them but found Erinwood had many to choose from as well as a reputation as a high volume dealership. I booked an appointment online with Dave Grittani who was very professional online and answered many of my questions. When I arrived Saturday to test drive my car, Dave was not available due to a family emergency. Dave had recommended Victor C to me in his place. Victor was amazing. Had a great laugh, loved to joke around and allowed me to test drive the car alone so I wouldn't be so nervous beside a salesperson. Victor was never pressuring, was a great listener and a great salesperson. He saw how much I really wanted this car and worked as best as possible to help me get it. It was great experience. Nick Palalas (Nick the Greek) evaluated my trade in and was the funniest guy you could meet. We spoke at length about numerous travel experiences and I was amazed at his wealth of knowledge. I will definitely take his travel recommendations. Carol was not pushy, she was very helpful and was very upfront. Usually the finance part is the really painful one but definitely not this time. Dave emailed me after the sale to see how it went and congratulated me on the purchase. I really appreciated that part, he was not a part of the sale but still showed concern and praise. Overall, I had a great experience. Can't wait to get my car! More

This was our first visit to a dealership in 12 y We went to Erinwood Ford to look at a specific vehicle after viewing the inventory on their website. This was our first visit to a dealership in 12 years, as we wanted to trade in our 2006 Taurus, and we were impressed with the professional and courteous service we received from all employees. There was no sense of pressure; the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Lem Weekes, our original sales rep, let us take our time looking over the Focus and giving us a chance to test drive it; he was also able to get us a great deal on our trade-in, which included a complete set of winter tires. Adam Pellegrin discussed all of our warranty options with us, and exactly how much each would cost. When we picked up our Focus the following week, Victor Chacon took care of us right away and quickly made sure everything was ready to go, including gas and winter tire installation and all the paperwork. Carol Buckwald completed all of the administrative paperwork with us and made sure we would be ready to inform our own dealer's service department about our maintenance warranty. Overall, a super experience at a super Ford dealership!! More

Birthday Present Purchasing a new car always a challenge, months ago in early 2017 I was impressed with the Energi version of the Fusion when I saw it at Ford Erinwood Purchasing a new car always a challenge, months ago in early 2017 I was impressed with the Energi version of the Fusion when I saw it at Ford Erinwood show room for the first time and I had a friendly informative discussion with Victor Chacon at the time but I wasn't decided yet to get into a new car, couple of weeks ago happened I went to the show room to inquire about a warranty I already have and by coincident I met Victor and again with his friendly attitude he spent the time to explain to me some issues in my warranty for my other ford and again we shared the latest information about the Fusion Energi ,price incentivise latest technologies on the car which make me think seriously to get one. In a snowy evening on January 29 were I decided to have a 2018 Ford fusion that's when I met Victor to finalize the sale and I asked to receive the car the next day which happened to be my birthday so it was less than 24 hours, with dedication and excellent customer service and perfect coordination between Victor and carol all the paper work was done with a promise they will do their best to make the car delivered next day. And they did it; I had the call and went to find my amazing Ford Fusion is ready to go.
