I wanted the window glass replaced under warranty since it seemed to me there was an issue with the door/power window mechanism that was causing the cracking. After the tech had a look, issue was a regulator and Gillian told me that they would need the truck for the night as the new window glass wouldn't arrive until late in the day - she arranged a rental and told me she would call me when it was fixed. Victor (who sold me the F350 Platinum CC 4x4 V8) came over to check on things as well and (I think) put in a good word with the Service Manager. Next morning, Gillian called with bad news - new window was broken, only other ones were in Edmonton, wouldn't get to the dealer until Friday, but truck would be fixed by EOD Friday... not good, needed truck at the latest Thursday to head out on a trip... Gillian explained all the things that couldn't be done (swap window from a truck on the lot, get the folks in Edmonton to send the window glass overnight courier, etc.) and then said to give her some time to work on things. 3 hours later she called to say that the truck was fixed and I could pick it up anytime - WOW! I won't tell you her secret, but I was super impressed. Kudos to her, the techs and whomever else helped to get things buttoned up. More

Our experience was excellent with both the dealership and Victor, as it always has been. This is what has made my wife and I repeat customers. Victor was more than willing to work with our needs and budget, and as in the past, met our wishes with flying colours. Carol Buckwald was very helpful in helping us pick the right protection package, warranties and maintenance options. We have dealt with Carol previously too.. We would recommend Erinwood to anyone , and we will be back to Erinwood to replace our second car which was purchased at Erinwood through Victor, when the time comes. More

Stressful Experience to Reassurance. My wife and I had visited Erinwood Ford looking for a sales person ( Clayton ) who we had dealt with a year ago when we were looking to buy and was pl My wife and I had visited Erinwood Ford looking for a sales person ( Clayton ) who we had dealt with a year ago when we were looking to buy and was pleased to find her but she had stepped away from sales and moved into another area. She introduced us to Victor Chacon and what a pleasure he was to deal with. Very friendly, listened to what we were looking for, showed us a couple of vehicles to take out to test drive. No pressure, just a smile and take your time attitude. We came back, thanked him and left for the day. We came back a 2nd time, a week later, he greeted us again with a big smile, a handshake and asked us how we were doing. We spoke again, threw some numbers around, thanked him again and left for the day. Back for the 3rd time!!..hahahaha, same deal, big smile, handshake, and took another vehicle out. Victor had earned my trust and we felt comfortable speaking to him regarding our budget etc. To make a long story short because I could go on for while yet, the staff there made us feel at home, Robyn Barett explained extended warranty and how it would pay for itself with all the technology in the new vehicles these days and showed us figures to back it up. Naturally we ended up spending a little bit more that bargained for but a peace of mind knowing that we'll be covered bumper to bumper for 7 years/100k. A new experience for this 63 year old fart...lol... but very appreciative for Victor & Robyn at Erinwood Ford who went above and beyond, listened, understood, and made the whole experience a tad bit less stressful. No words can describe how happy i am !!!!!! I went to 2 dealerships before seeing victor. The first one the sales man never even said hello!! The second one basically gave me the run around and I went to 2 dealerships before seeing victor. The first one the sales man never even said hello!! The second one basically gave me the run around and said he was to busy for me . As well told me that he couldnt get the car i was looking for and to call him in july and basically lied to me . So i tried erinwood ,Now victor phoned me and within 20mins found the car i wanted and more !!!!! Understand something i dont trust anyone but victor earned my trust within minutes of talking to him!!! He went beyond my expectations!!!! I know this may sound like iam not for real but i am . I highly recommend seeing Victor when purchasing a Ford . Thank you Victor !!!!! your the Greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As well xxxxxxto adam in financing for make my puchase so easy !!!!
