The Salesman, Steve Duke was very knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicles and pleasant to converse with. He answered all of my questions, and explained the car features clearly in understandable language as Toyota vehicles and pleasant to converse with. He answered all of my questions, and explained the car features clearly in understandable language as I am not a car fanatic. He accompanied me and my adult children on several test drives on different days, explaining the car functions along the way. Steve followed up my first visit with a phone call but was not pushy, allowing me to visit other car dealers for comparison of vehicles. He handles the sale of my 2016 RAV4 efficiently and smoothly. The dealership was easy to deal with, treated us kindly and were very welcoming. We even got delicious Halloween cupcakes, coffee and bottled water! We are happy to be part of the Charlesglen Toyota family! More
