Great Service from Kaden in sales and Tony in finance. I appreciated the way I was treated in this dealership. This was especially important because of a horrible experience I had at another dealership. T I appreciated the way I was treated in this dealership. This was especially important because of a horrible experience I had at another dealership. There was never any sales pressure or qualifying my payments or any of that nonsense. My trade in value was above fair value and again I was treated respectfully and just given an honest price. Kaden was easy to communicate with and was great with follow up to ensure I had all the information I needed. I will refer my family and friends to Kaden. More

Gio was great to work with. He was responsive and listened to my preferences and anticipated my needs. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was less than sa He was responsive and listened to my preferences and anticipated my needs. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was less than satisfactory. Tony felt it acceptable to chastise me for my financial decision and even suggested I give him my down payment so he could turn a profit - despite me having already told him this was unacceptable! He was also comfortable sharing financial information about previous customers. Furthermore, he made insulting comments toward Francophones knowing that I am from Montreal. A manager was needed to salvage the whole interaction! More

Alberta Honda has best people helping you choose your next car.. I was reach out by Clarence (sales), Adam (manager), one more sales manager and Tony (finance) was super patience while making sure we pic next car.. Offered us top $$$ for trade in. We ended up not buying but will go back when the time right for us.. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for Honda in Edmonton.
