This is my third truck from Paul and it definitely will not be my last. Paul is quick to respond with answers to all my questions. Dillon was able to get me set up with a credit app quickly and efficiently. His call took about 2 minutes and then texted me afterwards when it was all set. Anytime my truck comes into service Tim Polley and Michael Paradis are able to get me in at a convenient time for me and gets me set up with transportation back to work. Jordin has a fantastic team over there. If you're in the market for a new truck I'll be the first to recommend them. Lastly, and most importantly, the truck itself is amazing. More

best customer care with repairs/service I had an issue with rust on the tailgate of my GMC terrain. Apparently this is a common issue with terrains. I talked directly to the Service Manager, I had an issue with rust on the tailgate of my GMC terrain. Apparently this is a common issue with terrains. I talked directly to the Service Manager, Tim Polley, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only did he offer a fair soloution to the problem, but he understands that working full time with two very young children complicate unexpected events like car repairs. He offered a loaner car and had it ready for me upon arrival. He also arranged to have my car taken to another location so that I didn't have to make two stops. Additionally, Finch covered my oil change while it was in the shop. Every time I'm in for service (brakes and oil changes so far), staff are genuinely friendly, responsive and efficient (especially Regan!). I would absolutely recommend the service staff to anyone and always feel well taken care of. Thanks Finch, especially Tim and Regan! More

Both were easy to deal with and listened to me and what i wanted. They did their best to provide me with exactly what i asked for. Craig and Tim went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and i left being very happy with my new truck. A month after i had my truck i got a cheque in the mail from the dealership. I called Craig and he explained that by the time the deal had closed, they owed me money. They could have kept the money and not have told me and i would have had no clue, but Craig made sure that he got me the money! I cant believe the service that i got here. I know i will be back to buy my next vehicle because of the amazing service i got. Like i said, now i know why my parents have been dealing with these gentlemen for over 20 years! More
