Being that I am very particular she also made sure everything was perfect, and was very thorough walking us through all the new features of our truck. We could not be happier in our new vehicle. Our last truck was also purchased through Dianne and Finch Chevrolet, and we will continue to deal with Dianne in the future. I very highly recommend her to all our family and friends. She really does take great care of her customers. I also trust my truck with the service department as well. Finch Chevrolet of London ON took full responsibility for the problem I had and fully reimbursed me for the repairs that had to be done. They even offered to pay for my towing charges but I had made use of the GM roadside assistance program so didn't need that. I was very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism and forthrightness in dealing with my problem. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. More

On both occasions we decided to defer the decision on trading in the vehicle and were graciously treated with a friendly professional attitude.
