Although Tim began as a service car washer, he quickly began to rise up through the ranks with loyalty and hard work to the position of Service Manager. Purchase of new 2014 Buick Enclave While having my 2011 Enclave serviced, I decided to look into possibly upgrading to a 2014 model year. After some "tough" negotiating over a couple of days, a deal was struck which while meeting my expectations, I believe is one the Dealer can live with as well. A win win! From the Dealer's perspective, credit must go to JODY McMULLIN (Sales) who remained very professional and patient through out the entire process. Aside from being very knowledgeable, Jody has good commincation skills which made the process much easier for all. More

First the Professionalism, Friendly, Courteous Manner in which your staff presents itself, is simply outstanding and Awesome. You will not find a dealership that has the most laid back atmosphere as you in which your staff presents itself, is simply outstanding and Awesome. You will not find a dealership that has the most laid back atmosphere as you will see at Brian Finch in London. You guys rock. Rich Spence has worked with me for over 9 years now, who I really do admire greatly for his Honesty, patience, And Guidance in directing me as to the best resolve for whatever the problem I may have with my vehicle at that time. Rich introduced My Wife and I to Craig Stott who just sold us a Brand new 2013 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. Craig is simply Awesome to work with. He provided several vehicles for us to test drive until we hopped into our New Pickup. Not only did he make us feel welcome, but he was simply humorous, Professional, and Courteous to work with. I wanted to put different Wheels on my New Truck so Steve really came through for us in that regard. He is a Genuine, True Honest Employee you should be proud of. In fact All of the Finch Team should be very proud of themselves for simply being there. As I walk through the dealership, Not one of your employees walks by you without saying, "Hi, How are you today"?. That is outstanding. You simply don't get that kind of treatment at any other dealership that we know of. In closing, we would like to once again say Thank you Everyone at Brian Finch for making us feel important, welcome, and at Home. We often have Family, Friends and others ask us why we drive from Kitchener Ontario to London for work on our vehicle, Simply Put, It's Well Worth it !!!!! Wayne and Linda May P.S. We had a problem with our new Truck in that one of the Sensors in the Wheel wasn't working properly. On the Dash it read, Monitoring Wheel Problem. We just today took the Truck into a GM Dealer here in Kitchener to have this looked at, and without a word of a lie, My Wife and I couljdn't believe the difference in the Manner of each employee in the way they presented themselves. There was One Salesman who said, "Hi, How are you doing"? And this was on our way out of the dealership. That was it. No one else even asked us how we were or what we were doing there. This is simply not the way Brian Finch in London do things at all. That is why we drive to London to have our work done. More

I purchased my 2010 Cadillac SRX in March 2011 and the experience has been as easy and trouble free as you can ask for. Jordin Finch personally handled my transaction from start to finish and gave me a gr experience has been as easy and trouble free as you can ask for. Jordin Finch personally handled my transaction from start to finish and gave me a great deal, even going so far as to include several hundred dollars of accessories for free that I wasn't expecting. Fast forward a few months to my first experience with service and Tim Polley went above and beyond to take care of me. Overall, a very satisfying experience and the vehicle has been wonderful and trouble free. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back when it's time for my next vehicle. More
