As first time truck buyers, how incredible to paired with someone like Tim, with his incredibly extensive service/mechanical background! Tim didn’t “sell” us a truck, he took a true interest in our needs, provided a thorough but fun education on our options, which ultimately led us to the perfect purchase for us! We never felt pressured, just educated and confident in our choice! Patrick and Stacey in the business/finance office were amazing! They really made sure we walked away with all of the peace of mind we needed, knowing we were sufficiently covered for the what-ifs for years to come! Thank you to sales managers, Dillon and Chris for the extra support! What an excellent and wonderfully professional team inside of this dealership! On September 15th, 2022 I visited Finch Chevrolet because my lease had expired on my 2019 Chevy Equinox and I was interested in exploring some options. During the course of two days, I experienced poor custo my lease had expired on my 2019 Chevy Equinox and I was interested in exploring some options. During the course of two days, I experienced poor customer service which led me to walk out and do business with Ford. Here's the backstory. While away on vacation my wife received a call from Ben Vandercammen. I immediately reached out on September 5th, 2022 prior to the date my lease was set to expire which was on September 12th, 2022. During this period I never heard back from Ben. I was reminded of my lease expiring after I received a call from Dillon Poulin on September 14th, 2022. He informed me that GM was calling him about the vehicle and if it was still in my possession. I informed him that I still had it and that I just remembered it expired because I was previously waiting on Ben to arrange an appointment. I told Dillon I would bring the vehicle in the next day as there was a sense of urgency regarding the return of the vehicle. During my conversation with Dillon, I never felt the comfort or care and concern for the customer. Rather the return of the car was his top priority. It felt cold and rushed. On September 15th, 2022 I arrived at Finch Chevrolet only to learn that Ben was out sick. No fault of his own as these things happen. I then asked the front desk clerk Stephanie was Dillon in and she said he doesn't come in until 12 pm and that they were short-staffed that day but could get a sales rep to assist if I waited. I told her I had the day off and it was fine thinking it would be a 30-45 minute wait tops. 45 minutes in, I'm still waiting. At this time the establishment was not busy and from my observation, there were two salespeople available. My patience had run thin at this point and that's when I began to look at other options. It wasn't until an hour and seventeen minutes later that I decided that I have waited long enough. During the entire time, no one checked on me, gave me any updates or showed concern about my situation. You would think a dealership would jump at the opportunity to continue business with a client that was in good standing for four years, but no one cared. The feeling left me feeling unwanted and not valued as a customer. For what it was worth, despite the dreadful experience, Ben did seem extremely remorseful and wanted to make it right but he was a day late as I already committed to another dealership. The only reason I am writing this review is because I want this shared with the staff at Chevrolet Finch to provide a learning opportunity on what not to do and how to retain customers. More

Russell was SUCH a great help with my husband and I when we were picking out our new car! he was not pushy at all and he was very helpful. I am beyond thankful to the Finch family - especially salesman Craig Stott and finance manager Dillon Poulin - for once again putting my needs and wants as a customer ABOVE their bottom line. Finch Chev has been my go-to dealership for 3 vehicles and that's for a reason! Their local competitor told me I'd be waiting months to purchase my dream car and tried to heavily persuade me into buying a used model with an unknown history. Finch, on the other hand, searched high and low and got me my NEW vehicle within a matter of weeks. Thank you Craig and Dillon! You guys rock :) More
