We had to call Tim multiple times for information about the financing as we live out of town, a couple times was in the evening around 9:00-10:00 pm and we were told not to hesitate to call back if we were unsure of anything. We went to see the truck on a Sunday and the dealership was closed, Shawn came to the dealership on his day off to show us the truck,he had a very positive attitude and went out of his way to help us. When we picked up the truck I truly felt the sincerity and kindness in Shawn to make sure we were satisfied. His helpfulness in showing us the technology of this truck was fantastic for I am quite out of date in this area. When I decide to purchase my second vehicle I will not hesitate to call Shawn to help me with my next purchase. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family!! The level of service at Don Wheaton from all the staff I dealt with was very professional. I actually felt like I was making a business transaction, not visiting Chucky Cheese.
