When I went in on Sat. to get my car I had to drop my rented car at Enterprise at Spruce Grove ,I texted Shawn when I got there and he came right away to get me. As well he had picked me up a coffee and he explained all about my car to me.While at the dealership I was shown all around and introduced to every department. Saw the car, got a good price, and the finance and lease office did amazing work to get me the car I needed at reasonable rates and no effort. Emailed in some documents, a couple phone calls (some credit issues to overcome) and went to pick up the car. Was in and out in no time and on my way.
