We had to call Tim multiple times for information about the financing as we live out of town, a couple times was in the evening around 9:00-10:00 pm and we were told not to hesitate to call back if we were unsure of anything. We went to see the truck on a Sunday and the dealership was closed, Shawn came to the dealership on his day off to show us the truck,he had a very positive attitude and went out of his way to help us. When we picked up the truck I truly felt the sincerity and kindness in Shawn to make sure we were satisfied. His helpfulness in showing us the technology of this truck was fantastic for I am quite out of date in this area. When I decide to purchase my second vehicle I will not hesitate to call Shawn to help me with my next purchase. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family!!
