Mostafa, we’ve been trying to work with you on a suitable vehicle that fits into what you’ve budgeted for since February of this year. With emotion aside, you’d contacted our top Product Advisor, both in customer satisfaction and sales volume, Stephen Chan requesting to see our Matrix AWD. At this point we’d set aside a reservation on Thursday July 13th for a private viewing and potential test drive. We price our vehicles very aggressively with a strategy called “Market Based Pricing” which means its priced to sell very near or at that price, and must pass a vigorous inspection as well. During your visit we informed you that an offer of $5,000 less than our selling price was not suitable based on the market, at which point you become both verbally and physically aggressive. Like most good businesses we have ZERO tolerance for this type of behavior at our dealership and kindly asked you to leave our premises prior to additional authorities being advised. We’re saddened that things didn’t work out as you’d planned; however, we trust you’ll find suitable transportation elsewhere. All the best as you move forward.

Setting aside the pricing and the strategy behind that, I have no idea why you felt insulted when I stood up to leave when I found the discussion was going no where, at that time you told me you do not want my business to show that you are the one that ended the meeting first. I turned to Stephen and told him that this is the third time he invites me to come with no outcome and he is wasting my time; at that time you said that I'm wasting my time and you "DON"T WANT MY BUSINESS" I said "Thank you for letting me know that you do not want my business", may be that is considered "becoming both verbally and physically aggressive" to you? And for the record, I did not ask to see the vehicle I was inquiring about it only over the phone. Stephen mentioned that every used car is different and it is better to come and see it, although I mentioned to him it is pricey. Thank you for wishing me to find a suitable transportation because I just found it today. To be fair and for the record I have been dealing with your service department for several years and I had no problem what so ever with them and found them great to do business with. Thank you.
