He was very helpful and communicated in a personal way which made me feel like he actually cared and that the problem would be fixed to my satisfaction. John made me feel better started to feel better about a very upsetting and disruptive failure in the vehicle's tow-hitch wiring. I was disappointed however to learn afterwards that the dealership-installed wiring for the hitch had never been properly connected or had somehow come loose. Fortunately with John's intervention and Todd Servant's (the Service Advisor) professional communications afterwards about what the problem actually was, I felt less upset and hopeful that the hitch will now work when I go to use it next. More

We are very happy with our decision and able to business in our home town (and wouldn't be shy to buy in K/W or GTA) to get the right deal. Much of the competition in London doesn't come close to offering as much value as Toyota Town. The service for the vehicles is also good value as well, but can be lengthy from time-to-time. More
