Another Lovely Lexus When in for service we decided the loaner we had for the day was so amazing, we really wanted it for our next vehicle. Sue told us about the car and we left to think it over. About a week later we called her to see what she could do for us. Sue was amazing at helping us close the deal and making us feel welcome and comfortable. I don't think we have enjoyed buying a car as much as this one. We just had a connection with Sue and never felt pressured or intimidated. Through the process we have become friends. Imagine that! We are so happy with our new (used) Lexus and that Sue was such a pleasure to work with. More

Purchase of a new RX I already had RX 350 and had not even thought about buying another one soon. Sue invited me to talk about the new vehicle, explained all the features I already had RX 350 and had not even thought about buying another one soon. Sue invited me to talk about the new vehicle, explained all the features of a new car, let me drive and gave me autonomy to make my decision. I must say that she is a good salesperson because she really Sold me to the idea of buying a new vehicle. We spent lot of time discussing various payment options and she helped me with making my decision. I always have great experience with the Service staff as well. Karen, Lydsi.
