He also led us to believe that the Advantage Plus membership with ToyotaTown was included in the price of about $600 and that we could take it off. We were then sent to finance with Vladimir. He started telling us how much it costs to fix any problems on the car and tried to sell us the premium warranty. Vladimir said we cannot take off the Advantage Plus in lieu of the extended warranty. Stephanie Davis then came to confirm that. When picking up the car Vladimir charged us for new license plates but did not order them. There ownership was put in the wrong person's name. Lastly, 3 bill of sale's were generated because of the errors. I was so frustrated I was in tears. Vladimir's name is not on the list and he said he has worked here for 19 years. 1 star for him. First they make you fall in love with a car and then build the costs by scaring tactics on top of the list price. You have no choice but to pay for the Advantage Plus membership, meaning that the price of the car is the same whether you opt in or out of the $600 membership. More

Great Experience With ToyotaTown! My wife and I were looking for a hard to get model of the Toyota 4Runner. I contacted many Ontario dealerships and even a few across Canada to inquire about one of these vehicles. My initial contact with ToyotaTown was with Brian Komar. What impressed me about Brian was his straightforward and honest communications. Right from the start he laid out clearly what the process would be to eventually get one of these trucks. As news of our 4Runner delivery came to Brian he quickly conveyed that to me, keeping me current at all times. It was very exciting to get Brian’s email that said our 4Runner had arrived. I took the train to London from the Ottawa area to pick up our vehicle. David High was at the train station to bring me to the dealership. David gave me a complete tour of ToyotaTown including the service area and then did a great job at introducing me to our 4Runner’s features. Doing the final paperwork was a relaxed process while enjoying a coffee from the in house café. Dealing with ToyotaTown wasn’t rushed and additional options/accessories were clearly explained but not pushed. This was a really fun experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase from ToyotaTown. More

I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had all the information and answers to make our decision. When we came to pickup the Rav4 (of course we bought it) we were amazed on how fantastic both the inside and outside looked. We felt like family with the level of care that was taken to detail the Rav4 and how they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the touch-up paint job on the hatch. I wanted to thank David, Rita and Stephanie for making our experience buying the Rav4 a great one, this was probably the best customer service I've ever had. Even though we told him up front we were not planning to buy that day or even that month. We were only looking for information, options and prices. We did not at any time feel pressure to buy before we had done all our research. Justin took the time to find the correct vehicle that would be a good fit for us. He also thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns. He provided information useful to us and options that we hadn't even considered to help with search for the correct vehicle. I can honestly say our visit was one of the most relaxed, positive and informative experiences we have had. A very welcome change from the high pressure sales tactics some dealers utilize. A nice bonus was the manager came to meet us to offer any assistance she could, to help with our decision. This really told us they have a great care for thier clients. We will definitely be returning to Toyota to see Justin in the future when we are ready to buy. More

Mr. Longworth is not trustworthy, does not take any ownership, asking him for anything is like pulling teeth, he drag his feet and lies about anything. He is a typical salesman of a chip car dealership. On the other side Mr. Longworth will answer emails at crazy hours. Responses to the Survey Customer Service: 1 star since there is no zero star option Shawn Longworth 1 star since there is no zero star option Stephanie Davis 2 stars since she does not empathize with customers and does not feel their pain when dealing with poor performers Quality of Work 3 stars since the car was OK but documents delivered were no acceptable Friendliness 1 star since he smiles at customers but takes them for fools Price 2 Since compared with "Canadian Red Book" their price is way too high Will I recommend this dealership? ABSOLUTELY, 100% NOT! To sum up my experience with Toyota Town let's say that I have removed their Toyota Town license plate covers from my car. BTW, I was asked by Mr. Longworth to give him 5 stars on every response and write nice comments in the survey. LOL, More
