Error prone Pedram was good showing us the cars and emphasized that Toyota has no problems. He also stated that the price is non negotiable which we accepted. He also led us to believe that the Advantage Plus membership with ToyotaTown was included in the price of about $600 and that we could take it off. We were then sent to finance with Vladimir. He started telling us how much it costs to fix any problems on the car and tried to sell us the premium warranty. Vladimir said we cannot take off the Advantage Plus in lieu of the extended warranty. Stephanie Davis then came to confirm that. When picking up the car Vladimir charged us for new license plates but did not order them. There ownership was put in the wrong person's name. Lastly, 3 bill of sale's were generated because of the errors. I was so frustrated I was in tears. Vladimir's name is not on the list and he said he has worked here for 19 years. 1 star for him. First they make you fall in love with a car and then build the costs by scaring tactics on top of the list price. You have no choice but to pay for the Advantage Plus membership, meaning that the price of the car is the same whether you opt in or out of the $600 membership. More

Great Experience With ToyotaTown! My wife and I were looking for a hard to get model of the Toyota 4Runner. I contacted many Ontario dealerships and even a few across Canada to inquire My wife and I were looking for a hard to get model of the Toyota 4Runner. I contacted many Ontario dealerships and even a few across Canada to inquire about one of these vehicles. My initial contact with ToyotaTown was with Brian Komar. What impressed me about Brian was his straightforward and honest communications. Right from the start he laid out clearly what the process would be to eventually get one of these trucks. As news of our 4Runner delivery came to Brian he quickly conveyed that to me, keeping me current at all times. It was very exciting to get Brian’s email that said our 4Runner had arrived. I took the train to London from the Ottawa area to pick up our vehicle. David High was at the train station to bring me to the dealership. David gave me a complete tour of ToyotaTown including the service area and then did a great job at introducing me to our 4Runner’s features. Doing the final paperwork was a relaxed process while enjoying a coffee from the in house café. Dealing with ToyotaTown wasn’t rushed and additional options/accessories were clearly explained but not pushed. This was a really fun experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase from ToyotaTown. More

Our great salesman David High answered all our questions (even the odd ones about seat covers) and even stayed late after our test drive to let us look over the Rav4. I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had all the information and answers to make our decision. When we came to pickup the Rav4 (of course we bought it) we were amazed on how fantastic both the inside and outside looked. We felt like family with the level of care that was taken to detail the Rav4 and how they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the touch-up paint job on the hatch. I wanted to thank David, Rita and Stephanie for making our experience buying the Rav4 a great one, this was probably the best customer service I've ever had.
