My complaint is with BMW Markham Parts Department . . this survey only covers Sales and Service so I selected Sales. Never again will I spend a dime here. I tried to return a part after 11 business day . this survey only covers Sales and Service so I selected Sales. Never again will I spend a dime here. I tried to return a part after 11 business days, they refused to take it back, even with their 20% restocking fee PIRACY as they have a 10 day no return policy..'just can't do it'. The Parts guy went to their Parts Manager who refused the return, to be specific. Does he think BMW Markham will go out of business if they refund a $50 part? Zero Customer Service ethic. I then escalated through their web site, to both Parts and Management..no one even had the decency to respond to my correspondence. I suspect BMW would not be impressed with the way they are represented by Markham BWM. BRUTAL Customer Service. If you have an issue with BMW Markham and they can weasel out, you're on your own...
