I was given multiple options with multiple different price ranges and it didn’t feel like a pressured salesman but more like somebody looking to build relationships. Huseyn on the financial end was top notch. Walked me through the process and was very candid about all the financials so I understood everything in detail. Aaron follows up and you can tell quality control is super important to him. I bring my other Dodge into service as well and they are very efficient and everything is always running smooth, Dean is usually front and centre and his knowledge is evident. Next time will be my 4th vehicle from southbank. More

We went in for a test drive of a 2020 Durango and were owners within hours. Simon was extremely courteous and responsive to our needs and requirements. He went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible. Love the bumper to bumper warranty and that they store our new vehicles winter tires for free. Rod was also wonderful with the handover of the vehicle when we picked it up. He made sure to point out everything and answered more of our questions. Southbank Dodge is by far the most down to earth and friendly group of people that we have dealt with since purchasing of vehicle since the 1980's. More
