Brett has always gone over and above to give great customer service. For example when my son was interested in purchasing his first vehicle he went to numerous dealerships. Many of them wouldn’t give him the time or day. They wouldn’t let him test drive vehicles, he was told that the trucks were too expensive or to come back with his parents. I just recently bought a Ram 1500 and a couple months later a Grand Cherokee Brett’s customer service and knowledge makes buying a car stress free. He doesn’t rush you or pressure you and he makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I have walked into other dealerships and the atmosphere is just not the same as it is at Fraser Dodge. Keep up the great work. I will definitely send my referrals to Fraser Dodge and Brett. Thanks again More

Colleen is someone who takes her friendship with her customer beyond the dealership. She is so personable you know it’s not some sort of fake car dealer tactics. Colleen is such a kind and caring individual who truly fights for and strives on the happiness of her customers. She even reaches out to you after purchase to ensure you are happy with your new ride. She is the type of person to even answer your questions you send her on her day off. She always remembers her customers by name and remembers the stories you have shared. Most importantly she is someone you can easily build true trust with. Finding someone who you can trust and still communicate with after your purchase is so rare to find in this industry. I have sent 3 of my closest friends to her so far to look at vehicles and they all say how kind And caring of a person she is.
