The employees that work here greet you with this level of hospitality that seems unreal. They take the time to clear up whatever confusion you have. I've been to some dealerships for servicing where I've been treated as if I don't know anything about my car, I was spoken to rudely and when the employee found out a brown guy was driving an SRT, he was surprised. Team Chrysler at Bancroft Drive is honestly a second home to me. The guys and gals who work there treat you like family and I feel this is the key aspect of what builds that foundation for being one of the best dealerships around. I would 100.1% recommend this place to everyone. More

The primary reason I come to the Team Chrysler service centre is for one sole reason only. The tremendous service and care I receive from Shane Marion. Shane Marion service is excellent and always addresses my concerns and finds feasible solutions to maintenance issues that arise for my dodge caravan. Although I purchased my vehicle at Erin dodge Chrysler, I shall continue to have my vehicle serviced with Shane due his great customer service and professionalism. And will continue to have my vehicle and future vehicles serviced at Team Chrysler while Shane Marion is still working st that location.
