Recall on Dodge Ram 1500 I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 pick up back in 2017 from Team Chrysler and this week it was recalled , I called on August 8,2018 in the am and spoke to I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 pick up back in 2017 from Team Chrysler and this week it was recalled , I called on August 8,2018 in the am and spoke to Shane in Service and he said come on in today at anytime and he would take care of it in no time. When I got there Shane was friendly , knowledgeable and said to take a seat in the waiting area and he would have it done shortly and sure enough he had the problem corrected in no time. Always great service. I always go to Team Chrysler for service on my Grand Caravan. I had a couple warranty issues and an oil change and there is never any hassle.
