That purchase makes it four vehicles that our family has bought from Maple Ridge Volkswagen. The people that work there are genuinely friendly and work hard at making sure their customers drive away in their purchase as happy satisfied customers. We both agree before we left home today that customer service would be one of the main deciding factors involved in our decision today & we were not disappointed. Johnty Warmenhoven & Adam Walker (Not myself) went above & beyond the call of duty today. They sold us on the value of the vehicle & how it reflected our busy lifestyle, instead of just focusing on price & how to get us to drive away in it faster. Volkswagon Maple Ridge was stop #5 of 6 stops planned for today, but we knew our hunt was over after only spending 5 minutes with Johnty. This is our first new vehicle ever purchased & the entire team at MRVW made us feel like family doing it. There was no rush, All questions were answered , objections were encouraged & handled properly. This was a stress free experience & a fun one. My sister and I drove to San Francisco in it and she fell in love with it too. She will come there when she is ready for a new car too! I have all my service done there as well, and they are super accommodating as well. I work night shift so you're not getting my car early in the morning, and I can always get an appointment that suits my schedule . I highly recommend these people and will continue to return for my future purchases and service. More
