HAPPY CAMPERS Wife and I drove up to Duncan for lunch and some car browsing. We were planning an upgrade soon on our 2010 Escape. We parked and were greeted by Sandra Jurcic and the rest was an excellent experience from start to completion of a deal. Sandra showed us a few cars that we would be interested in and helped guide us to a selection. From then on the wheels were put in motion. Sandra stands out as a "sales lady" who knows her stuff, very good product knowledge, no waffling about and very personable. Bryan was great in explaining the deal to us and helping close it to our satisfaction. Chris was very professional and thorough in explaining the financial end. Sandra was bubbly and a pleasure to deal with. I certainly would want to deal with Sandra again. Was the BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership, will go again and recommend this dealership to anyone interested in "HAVING FUN" purchasing a vehicle. More

3 trucks later and still happy with the service Sandra sold me my first truck F-150 2008, my second truck F-150 2013 and now the F-350 2015 in 2016, WOW, just looking for the best buy when looking i Sandra sold me my first truck F-150 2008, my second truck F-150 2013 and now the F-350 2015 in 2016, WOW, just looking for the best buy when looking in 2008 and Sandra was new and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with her, being new she was honest in her answers which ment a lot to me at the time, and it was a pleasure to deal with her. In 2013, again I delt with Sandra as I felt comfortable working with her, she found what I was looking for and was able to sit me into the seat for the ride I was looking for! 2015, I was called by another sales person about coming onto the site and getting a price for a trade in and I mentioned that I had dealings with Sandra before and would like to continue, he said no problem, I will let her know! Jordon? Jason? I thought to myself again wow! the ford crew are working as a team to make sure my intrest and my wants come first, Thanks Ford and thanks Sandra. 25 words are not enough to sum up what Sandra and the Ford crew have done when it comes to the purcase of my trucks from your site in Duncan More

My first new car The few hours that I spent inside Island Ford were enjoyable. The sun was shining brightly through the large windows. I love dogs and I was able to spend a few minutes with two friendly dogs. Every one working at Island Ford made me feel comfortable as this was my very first time buying a new vehicle. I could see that all of them had a good working relationship with each other. I also saw that they had fun with each other. Sandra stayed with me through out the long transaction. Matt worked hard in his office, getting me the best deal for me. Edie patiently explained the financial way I would be paying for my new car. I am looking forward to telling my friends about my pleasant experience at Island Ford. More

No Stress just fun.
