Real Effort Took my 2013 Escape in for service and expected the usual friendly service. Was chatting with Edie Lange and the subject came up that maybe I needed Took my 2013 Escape in for service and expected the usual friendly service. Was chatting with Edie Lange and the subject came up that maybe I needed to change vehicles. I was not there to shop for a vehicle but the prospect of getting out of the vehicle I was driving and into something a little different was not lost on me either. Edie spoke with Bryan Flynn and he asked to show me some options. Bryan introduced me to Sandra Jurcic and she took on the task of showing me vehicles. I call it a task because I make no secret of not liking cars and having an almost non existing interest in them. Don't test drive etc... but having said that, I know a good thing when I find it and the bottom line was they made this a good thing. Bryan was to the point and straight up with what could be done. Edie beat up on Ford and put together a package that saved me money ( including deferred payments ). AND SANDRA? Well she was a patient guide through the process. She is so focused on trying hard that it made the fact I was looking at a Focus almost ironic. Being a jaded old guy, I tend to know when I am being worked by someone who is not sincere... Not the case here! We all know it is their job to sell their product, so when they do it in a straight forward sincere way... you have to respect that. When they put you in a nice car at a good price with a few touches like lower payments and such... you have to like that. When it all happens in the same friendly straight talking way I have come to expect... you have to love it! Bryan was right to ask Sandra to look after things. She may have been a little unsure of my flat responses and my lack of enthusiasm but she was very genuine in her effort to find me something I would want. Hard work by all three and an unexpected new car for me. I've said before I don't buy cars I buy the dealership.... THIS IS WHY! More
