He was super accommodating with lining up transport right to my house being it is winter. At the delivery he offered to go through the car with me (which to someone that didn't own one before would be super helpful). For the finance piece I delt with Ryan, he also was very forthcoming & honest. No BS & did not try to sway my decisions on anything when it came to all the extras offered at the time of sale. He explained everything & with easy to understand terms. Again a very pleasant experience. Overall great experience, they were honest & kept my best interests in mind. I've bought a lot of vehicles & this was by far my best experience dealing with a dealership. Go see Rylan & Ryan for your Chev/GMC needs, they will get you into a nice ride in the quickest least painful way possible. More

Worst Customer Service Ever! Minor misunderstanding Rylan was very good at answering all of my concerns. I really threw everything at him and if he didn't know, he wasn't long finding out. Rylan was an awesome salesmen and really brought down the price of the truck I wanted along with the help of Kim who made this all happen of course. :) I will tell all my friends to go to Chevrolet in sherwood park. Chris in finance was awesome as well, he never pressured me into buying all that nonsense Extra crap I never wanted like other dealerships Did that i have dealt with in the past. More

Best dealership experience in a long time. I have never been as surprised by the level of customer service as I have when I entered Sherwood Chevrolet. My salesman Rylan was great and knowledga I have never been as surprised by the level of customer service as I have when I entered Sherwood Chevrolet. My salesman Rylan was great and knowledgable on trucks and the business manager Kevin was great, not pushy just helpful and understanding. I would easily recommend anyone to deal with these 2 when buying a new truck. It's a very easy thing to just want a lower price, and they do have a great deal that they give you, but how your treated will make me a long term customer. More
