Online Shopping For the most part It took 2 emails to get a quote for a trade in on my old truck and too pick out a new one. I was out of province when I decided to For the most part It took 2 emails to get a quote for a trade in on my old truck and too pick out a new one. I was out of province when I decided to purchase my new truck and the salesman had my vehicle ready when I came home 2 days later. I might of spent one hour at the dealership with all the paperwork and being given a run down on the new features that came with my vehicle. It was a quick and easy process that I would recommend to anyone who knows what they want and the whole team was very professional with zero hassle. More

It is a pleasure to buy a vehicle from Capital Ford! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of purchasing a vehicle from Capital Ford. We did not experience any pressure throughout the purchase which took We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of purchasing a vehicle from Capital Ford. We did not experience any pressure throughout the purchase which took several hours as our initial goal was to purchase a used truck. Ryan spent the time to show us several and along the way suggested maybe a new truck would fit our needs more appropriately. He introduced us to Phil who supported his decision. Ryan showed us several new trucks and we agreed they were a better fit for us. Phil provided us with pricing which motivated us to purchase the truck on the same day. We felt the experience was low pressure with high information and value throughout our dealing with all departments. Thank you - We will purchase our next vehicle from Capital Ford and we do refer friends to stop by your store. This is the first vehicle I have purchased my wife will not let me take the dealership advertising off of! More

good product, poor service This was a Ford.GMC dealership. They had a Dodge on their lot, and the quality of vehicle was the only reason I tolerated the treatment I got. The s This was a Ford.GMC dealership. They had a Dodge on their lot, and the quality of vehicle was the only reason I tolerated the treatment I got. The salesman had to run back to his manager every time something was discussed about the vehicle or regarding my trade in. The manager treated me like I was an idiot, talking down to me, and basically treating me like a child. They made promises about getting the vehicle ready for me to take in a day or so due to some factory recalls that needed to be taken care of. Four days later I had to take the truck in MYSELF for the recalls to be fixed. Not to mention that when I discovered some problems with the vehicle, only some of them were addressed by the dealership. A damaged bumper that was preventing the tailgate from opening and closing properly was not something they considered important or worthwhile to fix. Repeat business and customer appreciation are obviously not a priority for Capital Ford Used in Regina. More
