Lincoln Purchase and service Have had awesome sales, financing and service from the folks at Capital Ford. We are not Ford people and I never thought I would drive a Lincoln but m Have had awesome sales, financing and service from the folks at Capital Ford. We are not Ford people and I never thought I would drive a Lincoln but my affordable used vehicle came up and the rest is History. Bought the full warranty and exercised the benefits from that, when the sunroof malfunctioned. More

My first Capital purchase. I arrived late afternoon for a quick look at some trucks. Rafiq was there to assist my needs immediately, he found me pretty much exactly what i wante I arrived late afternoon for a quick look at some trucks. Rafiq was there to assist my needs immediately, he found me pretty much exactly what i wanted and with the help of Ryan and Tylor we were able to get the deal done that evening. Everyone went the extra mile as it wasn't until nine that we rapped up the deal and they were finally able to lock up. Thanks guys!!! More

10/10 Absolutely great service. Abbi and Ryan were very knowledgeable about the truck and were super friendly. What did it for me was there werent pushy and Absolutely great service. Open honest deal From the salesperson to the sales manager and finance person, I felt like I was getting an open honest deal. You don't get that from many dealerships. From the salesperson to the sales manager and finance person, I felt like I was getting an open honest deal. You don't get that from many dealerships. There was never any pressure to make a deal. The only thing I didn't like was the personel standing at the doors. They were courteous but I just feel like a vulture waiting to pounce. More
