Customer service I recently had my truck serviced at the dealership. Whenever I have had to have service updates or repairs the staff have always been excellent. In my I recently had my truck serviced at the dealership. Whenever I have had to have service updates or repairs the staff have always been excellent. In my most recent visit they even helped me out with a loaner as I was going out of town while they had my vehicle. When I returned home my truck was repaired with now concerns. Thanks again. More

Googling Jeep Wrangler leaking radiator, 754,000 res After googling "3.6 Chrysler leaking oil" ...871,000 results of others having the same problem. Googling Jeep Wrangler leaking radiator, 754,000 results of others having problems. And googling Jeep Wrangler leaking gas when filling up, 15,500,000 having the same issues... I was really hoping for some sort of "good faith" with the manufacture. Our Jeep has only 30K on it, Being a 2013, way past warranty, so I understand it could not be covered by the dealer. Just would have been nice if the manufacture could have helped out to keep a customer happy. Nothing against Troy and Ryan!! Top notch. Jeff in parts sold me what I needed without any problems. Nice to see a parts guy care about his job and customers. All in all, a great customer experience from them. Fiat Chrysler.....you should be correcting your problems and start building quality again. None of these problems should be on a 2013 with these low miles.... Have a wonderful day, Dave More

My new to me Jeep I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot. The process of the purchase was very easy. I had seen it on line and wanted to have a look at it as they are hard to fin I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot. The process of the purchase was very easy. I had seen it on line and wanted to have a look at it as they are hard to find. I talked to Cory in the morning set up an appointment for the same day and asked that it be detailed before I come as I might be taking it home. Well I took it home a couple of hours later. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be repaired. Cory called me that next day with a service time and a loaner car to use. I will definitely be going back and sending my family and friends. More
