Sales team Good, Service not so much. I bought a brand new 2018 Ram Sport 1500. Not even 24 hours later had issues with the backup camera. Was told by the service that 10 days was as soo I bought a brand new 2018 Ram Sport 1500. Not even 24 hours later had issues with the backup camera. Was told by the service that 10 days was as soon as they could get it in. The sales team asked if there was anything they could do as I literally drove off the lot 24 hours prior. They said no, didn't bother escalating the manner or situation to a senior manager. Cannot recommend a dealership that is that quick in slapping its customers to the side after spending that kind of money on vehicle. More

Overall it was good Only disappointment was the UConnect does not support the remote start app. We were led to believe it was equipped with it but turns out it is not. Do not meet commitments, do not respond to telephone inquire Took my Jeep in for a new windshield on a scheduled Tuesday appointment. Please note that most people would go to an aftermarket windshield installer. Took my Jeep in for a new windshield on a scheduled Tuesday appointment. Please note that most people would go to an aftermarket windshield installer. I also requested that they address the 2 outstanding recalls and install new spark plugs. They said the job would be done by Wednesday at about 5pm. They called on Thursday morning to say that the parts they had were unsuitable but would have the job done Friday am. At this time they also offered a $300 fuel injector cleaning. We said we did not want the injector cleaning. On Friday morning I called to see if the car was finished. I had to leave a message because apparently everyone was busy. I called again at 4:30 to see if the car was done and was informed that it was done, the bill was $500 for spark plugs!!!! I was not happy because of the $500 for spark plugs but really unhappy because I was not called to say it was finished. Ryan said he called me and left a message saying the car was done. I had not message on my cell or our house phone. Because I live out of town, I said I could not pick it up until tomorrow (Saturday) and was informed that the body shop was closed on Saturday but they should be able to make arrangement with the Quick Lube dept and if I show up before 2pm I should be able to get my car! FYI, I own 5 Chrysler manufactured SUV's and Trucks, this is the worst service possible for a loyal customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place absolutely sucks!!!!!!!!!!! Also, FYI I am 65 years old and have never posted a message before. This message had to be posted. More

Goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and if you need anything just ask him and he will help you out! Point proven winter tires for my van he checked with Jeff to make sure they were in stock booked the next available appointment and let me know when to bring it by! Now I'm ready for winter whenever it decides to snow thanks to you all! More

Service We took out Grand Cherokee in for the installation of a remote start system. We met with Ryan Kells and got booked in and all questions answered and We took out Grand Cherokee in for the installation of a remote start system. We met with Ryan Kells and got booked in and all questions answered and shuttle arranged for a ride home. Requested for our vehicle to be done by lunch if possible and Ryan said they would try their best but if not he would call. He called by 11:30 to say it would take a little longer, and called back after lunch saying it was all ready to go. Shuttle came and picked us up shortly after. Thank you Ryan for all you did. More

Excellent, professional service! I took my Chrysler Town & Country Van in for servicing, and I was immediately checked in at the service center quickly and efficiently. Within a few hours Ryan Kells called to let me know that one of the issues I was having could be quickly fixed and was covered by the extended warranty I had purchased. (Phew!) I picked my vehicle up and it's running smoothly, and feels just like brand new! Thank you Ryan and the Crestview Chrysler team for your awesome service and attention to my vehicle repairs. More

Unfortunately, technician(s) left dirty smudges on dash after airbag replacement. This sort of thing happens far too often at other shops as well, not just at Crestview. A quick cleanup would have been appreciated. More
