Fluids changed I had the blower motor changed as it was squeaking, still under warranty. Bad attitude, kick me out as a ball! What they can do is only to ask you to pay even if it is problem caused by themselves. They installed the remote starter for my vehicle I just bought from this dealership. I need to pay for it. I found a problem with the and asked them to fix it. I need to pay for it. They spent 2 hours finding out that they could not fix it. But they still gave me a bill of 250 CND to pay!!!!! According the technician there, there is no problem with the vehicle, the starter and the installation. The only problem is that I should not think it is a problem and persuade the technician to fix it. How ridiculous it is! Even though the salesman and sale manager thought I did not need to pay, the technician insisted. I will not come back again for sure! The sales department is nice but the services department here is the worst in city! More

Always take the Jeep to Crestview. app't was made two weeks before yet took 2 days to complete My 2015 Cherokee went in for maintenance and couple issues. Appointment and requirements was set up 2 weeks before. We had a Recall 27 for lift gate My 2015 Cherokee went in for maintenance and couple issues. Appointment and requirements was set up 2 weeks before. We had a Recall 27 for lift gate, plus the front computer sometimes showing there was a problem when there isn't, and didn't show up, so hasn't been fixed and there was a noise from drivers door which was skid plate bolts were loose. That took 2 days and I without a vehicle because the mechanic wasn't available to look at the front end. Now if you have a vehicle coming in and are aware of the problems required, it would make sense this vehicle who had made an appointment 2 weeks previous would be looked at first, not made to wait 2 days to finish minor issues. More

Crestview has great service I took my Dodge journey in for a warranty recall was done correctly in a timely fashion.
