Great help I called to ask if I could get my battery checked on my 2014 Avenger and was told to bring it on in for no charge with the hand held tester. Before th I called to ask if I could get my battery checked on my 2014 Avenger and was told to bring it on in for no charge with the hand held tester. Before this I had an awful experience with another dealer and was very hesitant. The guys at Crestview were so nice to me and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend them. More

Great Service I had a problem with the passenger armrest for my 2013 Grand Caravan. Ryan ordered the part under the warranty and booked my apointment according to I had a problem with the passenger armrest for my 2013 Grand Caravan. Ryan ordered the part under the warranty and booked my apointment according to my requested date. I dropped my van to Darcy and request him to fix the armrest within 11:30 AM. Supprisingly I got it back in 11 AM. This time they are super fast with service. More

Great customer service. My power steering line was leaking. I had my car in and out of the service area within a day even though they were really busy. It wa fabulous. Impossible to get service Being new to Regina I read review on both Dodge dealers before choosing one I felt comfortable getting my car serviced at. If you have viewed Triple S Being new to Regina I read review on both Dodge dealers before choosing one I felt comfortable getting my car serviced at. If you have viewed Triple Seven's reviews (almost all bad) you will see which one seems like the better choice. I called to book a service appointment and was sent to a mailbox. I left a message and expected a reply back that day or the next. When a day had past and I hadn't head back I called again only for the same thing to happen. I didn't leave a message and called a few hours later and still was unable to come in contact with an actual person. I called a few more times that day. After 3 days had passed I went online to book a service. I waited 2 days and still hadn't heard if it had been confirmed or they had an opening at that desired time. So I called again and of course I could only get an answering machine. I called back and told the receptionist what had happened and that I wanted to speak to an actual person in service and not be sent to an answering machine. So what happens... I get a machine again. From what I read on here from others rating the service I was confident with choosing Crestview over Triple Seven, but they are clearly misleading. I am actually unable to rate the service because I COULDN'T GET ANY, But I think that say enough. I will be going to Triple Seven who were more than happy to book me an appointment for the next day. More
