My experience compared to Tripple 7 Dodge Bought a 2014 Ram with 1200 km from 777 Dodge in Regina. I brought this vehicle in for service work to 777, head lights automatic brights not working Bought a 2014 Ram with 1200 km from 777 Dodge in Regina. I brought this vehicle in for service work to 777, head lights automatic brights not working properly. In explaining the symptom to service tech. For approx 45 min he eventually brought in a salesman to explain to me how everything is fine (it was not). After talking with the service manager (very polite) and talking again to service techs and mechanic, and comparing my truck to another sitting on a hoist?????? no solution was found. Eventually someone yelled from a distance, "I don't have time for this". Service tech said you can book another appointment. So I did. Then my wife said take it to Crestview. I cancelled my appointment with 777 and booked with Crestview. Took me 5 min. To explain the symptoms. When I picked it up the service tech said there was several software updates and all is good. Crestview was professional, courteous , I looked is the mechanics area of both garages and in comparison 777 was dirty, personnel seemed disorganized, reminded me of a big garage in a small town. Crestview looked clean and organized. In comparing the prices of vehicles in my experience Crestview was a bit more money to buy. I believe you get what you pay for. To do over I would buy from Crestview. I will certainly take it to Crestview for any work needed. More

Warranty Issue Well it took 4.5 hours to adjust the headlights on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee, Did that impress me. NOT AT ALL. But alas What is one to do? I bought it there, and really think that I was more of a Dollar Sign than a customer that they will want back. More

2014 Jeep back in for Service after only a week They got me in quickly. Did the recalls fine. However a dash warning light I had asked them to check and which was supposedly fixed came on again with They got me in quickly. Did the recalls fine. However a dash warning light I had asked them to check and which was supposedly fixed came on again within days of the service. My jeep is now in the shop again. Hopefully this time the underlining cause will be properly addressed. This jeep is a 2014Cheroke with under 16,000 km. More

Getting Better I've had 4 trucks from Crestview and I've had terrible customer service from the service department (especially the body shop). However, it appears th I've had 4 trucks from Crestview and I've had terrible customer service from the service department (especially the body shop). However, it appears they are slowly getting better, and the quick lane oil change is a nice option. Rated only 3 stars as there are still issues with timely service. When you pre-book a vehicle in it shouldn't take 9 hours to get an oil change/tire rotation and fix a door lock (that took an hour to fix)...... More

Great customer service Bought a used vehicle a few months ago and after realized the radio wasn't working. I'm from out of town so was several months before I could go back Bought a used vehicle a few months ago and after realized the radio wasn't working. I'm from out of town so was several months before I could go back and get it fixed. I had no paper confirmation that they would do it, but without complaint they did everything they said, and gave me a loaner while they did so. Very pleased. More
