Went in for an oil change - got it changed without problem The oil change went fine - quick and easy. I did have a problem that wasn't corrected without booking a service call and paying $130+ to have it look The oil change went fine - quick and easy. I did have a problem that wasn't corrected without booking a service call and paying $130+ to have it looked at - apparently not covered by warranty although I am supposed to have a 5 year/100000 km warranty. Anyway, came home, Googled the problem and fixed it for nothing thanks to the Internet. More

Oil change and recall issue Scheduled my car a week and a half in advance to have the oil changed and have a recall taken care of. Brought the car in on Monday and was informed a Scheduled my car a week and a half in advance to have the oil changed and have a recall taken care of. Brought the car in on Monday and was informed at 430 PM that they were not able to get my car in. I had the choice of leaving now it or bringing it back the next day. At that point, what did it matter? I left it overnight. I called the next day at 1130 and it was still not done. I was informed they were working on it. I called once again at 3 and had to leave a message. When they finally called me back a little while later, I was told that there were 3 other vehicles that didn't get looked at and that my car was only just going in for the oil change at 330! I am not impressed at all. I have considered trading my car off just so I don't have to deal with Crestview any more. They didn't give me a discount on my oil change. Didn't wash my car. Nothing but a "sorry." What is the point of making an appointment when they don't keep it anyways? I've never had an issue with service until this time. I understand it is not Ryan's fault, however, why should I need to book this in if they can't fit me in at the scheduled time anyways? More

Reception staff is off-putting but service staff excellent! Frustrating to go through reception to reach service. Receptionist always sounds irritated. Recommend change rear pinion seal. 40$ part, 200$ labor. Had warranty recall for airbag. While in there service recommended that the rear pinion seal be changed as it was leaking. Had rear seal changed. I ha Had warranty recall for airbag. While in there service recommended that the rear pinion seal be changed as it was leaking. Had rear seal changed. I had called around and there were cheaper garages but felt that I should stick with dodge for their specific expertise on dodge vehicles. I live out of town. Had repair done, it was quick, and other then 20$ shop fee tacked on it was as estimated. Now rear end is making horrible grinding noises, sounds like metal on metal. Have booked follow up appt to have this looked at. Very inconvenient. No apology from service guy, just told to get vehicle in. I will write another review later today with the hopefully end of this story. To note, had the same warranty work (airbag) at Honda, they washed my vehicle for me! More

I have checked with other mech I feel as though your service advisor, Ryan Kells, took advantage of my wife by recommending a decarbon of our engine. I have checked with other mechanics and have been told that a vehicle with mileage such as ours should no need this service. My wife had our van in for an oil change, checkup of squealing brakes and warranty work on a sliding door, no request for engine work as it had been running just fine. We will be coming to Crestview for warranty work only from now on, no one more penny will be paid to your dealership. More
