Many visits, never satisfied the customer service at the service centre of the dealership is the worst, the men are incredibly rude and terrible an answering and returning calls. the customer service at the service centre of the dealership is the worst, the men are incredibly rude and terrible an answering and returning calls. Went to get a major squeak fixed, suggested the remove the seat to tighten and grease the fixtures, and had to bring my vehicle back two more times before they did what was suggested. Totally inconsiderate of the customers time and going without a vehicle for 3 days. After going back to get the doors painted, I expected to go home in my vehicle after not having it for 5 days only to receive it completely dusty and with hand prints on paint all over the interior fabric and seats. Brought the problem to the attention of the auto body department, got it "recleaned" to see that the interior was still filthy. After speaking to the detailing department manager, I was only offered a free cleaning where I would need to leave my vehicle again for 2 days. No apology, just a card and a glare. Completely unprofessional. Going through for an oil change, the oil drain door was broken off and I was not informed about the issue until I went to a different location for my next oil change. After getting my bumper replaced, all of the screws securing the bumper to the frame fell off, leaving my bumper to hang off of my vehicle. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, including to purchase. These people are unprofessional, inconsiderate of the customers and lazy with their work. More

Very efficient and friendly staff! I have a really busy work schedule so I emailed to book the appt. Ryan got back to me right away. Once the appt was booked I dropped my keys in the dr I have a really busy work schedule so I emailed to book the appt. Ryan got back to me right away. Once the appt was booked I dropped my keys in the drop box overnight and got a voicemail while I was at work the next day saying my car was ready. service writers are good. I want to say that Darcy, Kevin and Ryan are great. They go to bat for you. I had a reoccurring rattle in my sun roof. I'm on my third trip in to get I want to say that Darcy, Kevin and Ryan are great. They go to bat for you. I had a reoccurring rattle in my sun roof. I'm on my third trip in to get it fixed. Darcy and Kevin have gone the extra mile knowing my frustration. Were professional, polite and were empathetic. Hopefully the rattle has been fixed. Also the other day i was in for an oil change. There was an issue with the service tech. Manager Gord resolved it quickly. He's a good manager. More
