Extremely satisfied once more I recently took delivery of a 2020 RX. (A quick thank you to Jordan for the great orientation session) This is my fifth RX and my only disappointment is hearing Tom is retiring at the end of this year! He has always been a pleasure to deal with. He is a fair and decent person, possessing the qualities you hope for when doing business. Unfailingly positive and accommodating, he will be missed - and we go all the way back to his Volvo days. I wish him all the best in his retirement. More

We found our service to be excellent! We had a noise and the mechanic knew right away what it was and explained it. Our service person at the desk, Romeo was friendly, explained everything clearly and made the mechanic knew right away what it was and explained it. Our service person at the desk, Romeo was friendly, explained everything clearly and made sure our loaner car was ready for us. When we returned, he even went out in the pouring rain to help us transfer our shopping from the loaner to our own car. We always have excellent service from Lexus of London. More
