We found our service to be excellent! We had a noise and the mechanic knew right away what it was and explained it. Our service person at the desk, Romeo was friendly, explained everything clearly and made the mechanic knew right away what it was and explained it. When we returned, he even went out in the pouring rain to help us transfer our shopping from the loaner to our own car. We always have excellent service from Lexus of London. More
