Poor customer service This is my 2nd review of this dealership as the first one sent through i received a standard response from the Car Nation Marketing team, below they m This is my 2nd review of this dealership as the first one sent through i received a standard response from the Car Nation Marketing team, below they may only change a few words around but if you look at the reviews it is the same scripted message and ask you to get in touch with the Car nation Customer Service BDC department who do not return emails so another disappointment with this organization. The dealership when i purchased the vehicle offered 3 free oil changes due to the issues upon the purchase and then Jason Brown the Sales Manager offered 3 more after learning of my disappointment through my review, when I set up an appointment for my 2nd oil change i was informed that they do not see any other complimentary ones on my file. WARNING!!!! do not be taken in by the broken promises from this dealership and their parent company Car Nation as they do not take customer service seriously or emails and reviews would be responded to in a personal manner. If Kia did send out surveys like they state in the email you recieve i am sure they would have some negative responses. Be careful of warranty work as well as i have a heated passenger seat in my Sorrento that does not function correctly and the response is that is the way it is supposed to be rather than let us look at it as it does not seem right that it s=does not function like the driver seat. Amazing Customer Service I just wanted to extend my gratitude and quickly share my incredible experience with this dealership. This team is by far the best representation of K I just wanted to extend my gratitude and quickly share my incredible experience with this dealership. This team is by far the best representation of Kia that I have yet to meet. On more than several occasions, I had to meet with Rodney, Gord, and the service team. Each time I have been impressed. Recently, the Georgetown Kia team had replaced my full engine as per a warranty as there was a defect with the block. Besides providing my paperwork proving that I had taken care of the maintenance, the claim and the replacement were hassle free. Thank you Georgetown Kia for your time and your help! More

Quick fix for loose Drive belt Actually had spoken to Rodney last week, and after I gave him the symptoms I was having he indicated that the belt may need attention. Tuesday, Feb 7, Actually had spoken to Rodney last week, and after I gave him the symptoms I was having he indicated that the belt may need attention. Tuesday, Feb 7, 2017 approx 1:00 p.m. I drive in and spoke to Gord and mentioned the issue. He actually took time to let me know that I did, in fact change all belts in 2015 and the the belt may need tightening. He immediately asked for my keys, made up a service order and within an hour all was rectified at NO Charge. Really appreciate this attention and service. Thanks Gordo and Rodney. George More
