Very satisfied with all the staff at Island Ford. We recently took our 2013 Ford Edge in for servicing. They found the problems ( which two other garages couldn't) and fixed them. While waiting we wandered the used car lot and a very nice salesman named Robert Martin came & talked to us. He was very friendly but not pushy! We decided to trade our 2013 in and bought a 2015 Ford Edge. Rob was so helpful and every person we had to meet with to complete the transition was so pleasant and easy to deal with. Rob Martin was sincere, conversant, and cared about us as people, as opposed to just pushing for his next sale. The atmosphere of the shop was clean, efficient, friendly, and relaxed. After the interview we were given dealer plates and test drove the car for the rest of the day! None of this 20 min ride with the salesman looking over your shoulder. Trust level was stellar! (They serve good coffee in their comfortable reception/waiting area.) Once the deal was made, we were taken to the finance and insurance offices to take care of all the paperwork. All on site! No running to the bank or the licencing/insurance offices. Bonus - we are thrilled with our purchase! Thank you for fighting for us too, Rob! More
