He answered all my questions and had a very relaxed manner. That helped me a great deal, as I hate being pushed or forced into a purchase. When it came to negotiating a price the sales staff were flexible and fair. I felt like I got a good deal, and that is important to me. I have done almost a thousand kilometers in my truck and I am very happy with it. I would certainly go back to Island Ford for my next vehicle, although I think this one will do the job for 8-10 years. More
