Purchased a 2012 Honda Ridgeline Island Ford Duncan BC I recently started my quest for a newer truck, I was online with Robert Martin and Ryan Leverette, inquiring about a 2012 Honda Island Ford Duncan BC I recently started my quest for a newer truck, I was online with Robert Martin and Ryan Leverette, inquiring about a 2012 Honda Ridgeline truck I had my eyes on. Robert was very professional on communicating via e-mail or text. with my very busy schedule and my availability to get the time to come up to Duncan to test drive this Honda Ridgeline. as soon as I finish text driving the Honda Ridgeline I was sold on the vehicle. Ryan Leverette whom I was referred to since Robert was away that particular day and took over the deal. he offered me a great deal on my trade in and we were able to agree on a great price for the Honda ridgeline. the following weekend I was able to go up to Duncan and finish of the deal. Robert was scheduled for a day off on that particular day but made an effort to meet me in person which I believe was a great gesture on his part since we were communicate via e-mail and text messages throughout the hole deal. the video captured was awesome and was a great marketing feature which showed the vehicle with a better view then pictures. Chris Tarala Busimess manager was also very professional with explaining the extended warranty, and preparing all the documents in a timely fashion, as for the young ICBC lady she was also very pleasant and very professional with her end of the deal. all in all a very good experience. First new truck I’ve been driving for 50 years. I decided to buy my first new truck. I’m from the mainland and I wasn’t having a very good experience shopping for a n I’ve been driving for 50 years. I decided to buy my first new truck. I’m from the mainland and I wasn’t having a very good experience shopping for a new vehicle. Maybe I was a just bit nervous on spending 50 large on a truck. After doing some reserch , turns out I fancied the F150 xlt sport 302a fx4 in magnetic. My friend on the island told me about his experience with Robbie “big wheels” Martin at island ford. So I called him, super nice guy on the phone , I told him what I was looking for and he got back to me an hour later with pretty well exactly what i was looking for with exception of a couple of extra very cool options. Robbie was so easy to deal with on the phone I didn’t hesitate to put a deposit on the ford and head over to Duncan 2 days later. My experience dealing with Robbie , Ryan and Edie at island ford was pleasurable. I highly recommend these people for no pressure straight business. Im super happy with my new F150 . Thanks Robbie. Purchase and exchange of a truck My wife and I was shopping around looking to replace our 2000 Ford super duty pickup. We were visiting dealerships that sold use trucks and Island For My wife and I was shopping around looking to replace our 2000 Ford super duty pickup. We were visiting dealerships that sold use trucks and Island Ford was one with trucks we were interested in. We went back to Island Ford because of the used truck selection. Rob Martin came over to see if we needed help and he was able to get use into a truck at a price we liked. Unfortunately the truck had problems and when we returned to Island Ford we learned of the 30 day exchange policy "GREAT". Rob was again a great help and got us into a newer truck again that we liked. Rob again helped us through the purchase process and again all the staff were very helpful. Me and my wife were very pleased with how hard everyone help to make it, Thank you. More
