They exude quiet confidence of those who know what they are doing. They smoothed out wrinkles and made the entire transaction effortless. Adam and Katrina arranged to have us picked up at the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was in order the beautiful E350 convertible we purchased was in impeccable condition and ready to go. Rob Stockie came out just before we left to say hello and wish us well. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. I have never written a review before -- for anything. But I'm compelled to do so here because of the remarkable and unprecedented customer service we received. It really was a pleasure dealing with the team at Mercedes-Benz London. We never felt pressured to purchase and he made us aware of all our options. We were originally looking to purchase a new GL and with Mike's help & knowledge, ended up with a G550. He was also available after hours which was very convenient for us. Adam and Rob were also extremely helpful and made us feel very confident with our purchase. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle. More
