He treats me as a customer very well, he is not pushy or in any way do you feel like he is trying to push something on you you may not want. The car I picked up, a 2017 E400 was delayed arriving due to manufacturer issues, nothing to do with dealership. Adam ( and Rob Stockie as well) were excellent in keeping me in the loop as to it's progress. Adam and the dealership extended to me some "perks" and price adjustments to compensate for the delay. They did not have to do this and I was exceptionally elated with the outcome. Kristina in the finance office was a pleasure to deal with as well and got the paperwork finalized in very short order. I would happily recommend Mercedes Benz London to anyone looking for a great car and Adam as a salesperson who will look after you very very well! More
