And I must say this was one of the easiest, non stressful, polite car deals I have ever done. We started the deal back in the summer of 2015 with Adam Stockie . We initially considered the GLK but changed our minds and eventually stopped the whole deal. Adam was very courteous and said "take your time we want to get it right, we're here when your ready". Adam kept in touch with different models and kept us abreast with the up to date manufacture's incentives. When we where ready to purchase, Adam searched the province for the right colour and interior. WE couldn't make up our minds, so Adam said he would bring the vehicle to us and meet us in Ingersoll which reduced our drive to half from our location. That's service! Adam even informed us on how to return the vehicle in 39 months and get into a new one saving us some money and mileage. You have two very happy customers.. More

The new MB is a 2016 GL 350 BT, and I dealt primarily with Adam and Rob Stockie, who were awesome and treated me wonderfully. Adam delivered the vehicle flawlessly, and without a hitch. Adam's concern and followup beyond the delivery has been exceptional and unprecedented. Ask for him when you visit the dealership. You will not be disappointed. Rob Stockie is great and by far the best and most honest General Manager I have ever dealt with. . Krystina Wong looked after all the financial paper work and the recommended maintenance and armour protections packages. She was terrific. Mike Beernink was extremely helpful on the financial side of things. Again, an extremely pleasurable experience, and receiving yet another great vehicle makes that experience even better . More

great experince so far I came into your dealership and was approached by your sales person was only looking at this time. A couple of days went by and came in again meet wit I came into your dealership and was approached by your sales person was only looking at this time. A couple of days went by and came in again meet with Jace again she wanted me to test drive a ML I said I would but not today asked her a few questions and received a lot of information and answered what i need to hear. Third time came in again meet Jace and went for a test drive we sat in the car and Jase new everything about The car I asked I went for the test drive and asked more questions and received answer right away. we parked the car and I was convinced that I was buying the ML 350 right there. Jace was so professional and not at all pushie like most of the other deals I have made pryer. This dealer has a winner with Jace professional,extremely knowledgeable about the product, and not pushie at all definitely is a keeper. Next visit ( 4 ) came in with the wife and ordered a 2015 ML 350 blutec. Took delivery in late October had a issue with one of the fobs came in to dealer Jace was on lunch she stopped here lunch to deal with my minor issue that was above what I expected. As for the car I have had a month 2000 KM. I love it can't wait to drive to Florida and in spring Sanfransisco. The dealership very happywith. The salesperson can't say enough hang onto her top notch. I look forward to dealing with finch Mercedes and Jace and the rest of sales team and service I hope it continues to be a plesent experience.
