Both experiences have been enjoyable from walking into the showroom to parting with money to purchase a wonderful vehicle. I actually recommended a colleague to the dealer and he also purchased a ML350 and my wife is currently waiting for the right pre-owned vehicle to come in to the dealer - I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. More

From the moment I walked into the showroom I was made to feel comfortable and not pressured whatsoever. Everyone I dealt with ( Rob Stockie, Adam Stockie and Sam Youngren) were very friendly and answered every question I had with regards to leasing a new car. I had never leased a car before and was taken through the steps by Adam and shown the various options and durations on some of the models. I was also thrilled that when I had a question, or needed to get a hold of someone, Adam was available, even on his days off. At long last. I have to admit my wait was ridiculous, not because of the dealership or Mercedez benz, it was the fact that I inquired about a 2014 MB CLA very early I have to admit my wait was ridiculous, not because of the dealership or Mercedez benz, it was the fact that I inquired about a 2014 MB CLA very early in 2013, when the vehicle was just a fantastic Kate Upton commercial at the superbowl. I had been introduced to the folks at MB London after a friend of mine had been dealing with them over the past few years and had nothing but good things to say. I reached out to both Yony Yang and Rob Stockie initially, to begin the process of gathering info on the car including pricing, availability and options, which began the 9 month journey of securing my first Mercedes vehicle. Stepping into a gorgeous Mercedes-Benz dealership for the first time is honestly a bit overwhelming and intimidating when you're used to dealing with Ford and Mazda over the past 15 years. After walking in and being formally initially introduced to Tony Yang, all of that intimidation disappeared. He is a knowledgeable, uber-friendly rep that stepped outside of the box to get me ALL of the information needed to get me further excited about the CLA250, as well as the AMG brand which I knew nothing about. Over the weeks ahead we had spoke over the phone and in person to decide what would be the best model choice and options which best fit my style and personality, knowing full well that the car was not going to be released in Canada until late 2013 at best. It took some time and all of Tony's skills as a sales rep to convince me to believe in MB London and the Mercedes brand to buy a car sight unseen, without a test drive or even a final price. I slammed down a deposit to hold my spot in line for a 2014 CLA45 AMG. The wait begins.... I am now bombarding Tony with questions as I see information release on the car from MB EU, USA, car magazines, reviews etc... and I can assure you he has the patience of a kindergarten teacher. Always an educated answer or a quick response after some homework on his end and on a few occasions locking down some elusive options which others in line for this specific car were unable to obtain. 19" Matte Black rims and night package!!! Out of the blue in October and knowing that the first AMG's will likely not hit 2013 in Canada, I get a call from Tony asking if I want to go to the Mercedes Benz London sponsored AMG Driving Academy in Las Vegas. This wasn't bait to get me to buy an AMG vehicle, this was purely allowing me the chance to actually see and drive the car I was going to purchase, knowing what it meant to get my hands on the wheel of this machine. As you could imagine, it was an unbelievable experience and solidified my life long relationship with the brand, my rep and the dealership. Not only did I get to drive all AMG vehicles on a closed circuit track(seriously), my wife and I gained friendships with the AMG drivers, and MB London employees (thanks for everything Rob, Adam and Ryan). At long last in January I was informed that there was a build date for my ride which I meticulously tracked from the production line, on the aquarius leader ship over the atlantic ocean then to the door of the dealership in March. Tony had updated me every step of the way and had finally given me the "date" almost a week earlier than planned. After getting the financials finalized with Sam during an unscripted, honest pitch on the extended warranties for the interior and exterior of my car, I was ready to sign and pickup my ride . Tony walked me over to my freshly detailed, calcite white CLA45 AMG which was a surreal experience. The car literally blew me away including the upgraded sound system, exhaust, matte black rims, all upgrades which Tony knew I would need.....and he was right. He walked me through all of the options, synced my phone and said, "I know you just want to drive this car, any more questions call me anytime". Thanks Tony for everything, thanks to Rob and the MB team....talk to you when the newly designed C63 hits the market. More

After deciding that it was time for a new car, the next decision was what type and make of car we would buy. We already had a short list of cars we were interested in, so out to the dealerships we went. Wi decision was what type and make of car we would buy. With no set order or preference, we starting looked at the makes of cars on the list and talked to a number for sales people. After visiting the other dealerships, our next stop was MB London. Having bought a few new cars before (not a Mercedes) and having been the other dealership already, my car buying experience was about to change at MB London. Right from the time we walked in the showroom, the reception was friendly and welcoming. My wife and I first got to meet Rob Stockie, very professional and knowledgeable, giving us an overview the Mercedes Benz models. From there, we discussed purchase/leasing options and shortly after we were out test driving a car we had selected. Rob was up front about all the cost and at no time did we sense the pressure to make a purchase. We then got to meet Bill Schonauer, again professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable with the Mercedes Benz product. We took a couple of days to review our experiences and the cars we had looked at. The decision was an easy one to make. We were going back to MB London. We made arrangements to meet with Bill and when we arrived, Bill had our new car at the front door, so we could see it, even before the paper work was completed. Bill was exceptional, ensuring the paper work was completed and reviewing the options on our new car. Within a couple of days we were back to pick-up the car. On delivery, again Bill’s customer service skills exceeded my expectations. After going over the car’s features and providing some helpful hints, based on experiences, Bill mentions that should we have any questions regarding the car, after leaving or any problems with servicing, that we should call him directly. Having now purchase my first Mercedes Benz and dealing with MB London, their Customer Service is the best. Thanks to Rob and Bill. More
