I bought a used 2013 Lexus RX350 from this dealer. I am a very picky customer... I lived in Markham, Ontario when I bought my vehicle. After a few months of looking I saw a 2013 RX350 advertised on I am a very picky customer... I lived in Markham, Ontario when I bought my vehicle. After a few months of looking I saw a 2013 RX350 advertised online and then called the dealership; Lexus of London. They passed me onto a salesperson by the name of Rick Watson to answer my questions. Let's just say he answered them so well that I decided to drive about 2 hours to see the car in person. When I arrived to the dealership I felt at ease and comfortable from the minute I sat in Rick's office. I drove the car and decided to buy it. Unfortunately, due to a limited budget and second guessing myself several times I called Rick and looked at several options before picking my car up. I looked at a new vehicle and other used RX's. Repeatingly, Rick was there crunching numbers with me to ensure it all worked within my budget. I am in sales as well and I recall thinking "this poor guy how can he put up with me?" Well he did! Moreso, Rick demonstrated patience and excellent customer service to the end. Here I am months later enjoying my 2013 RX350 (the one I had originally called about) and I am extremely happy! There is a reason I left several dealerships in the GTA and drove for 2 hours to get a vehicle I really wanted. It had a lot to do with the professional sales and service that I receieved. Easiest, friendliest car shopping experience i have ever had I usually despise car shopping due to the high pressure "buy it now" attitudes a lot of car salespeople show towards customers. They are looking for the one time sale instead of building a relationship and treating the customer as a friend instead of a number. My experience at Lexus of London was nothing short of spectacular. It was as pain free as any purchase could be. I dealt with Rick Watson who couldn't have been more accommodating. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for but he spent the better part of an afternoon going on multiple test drives with me until I had my mind made up. He answered every question I had and at no point did I feel any sort of pressure to purchase the car right then and there. It was a pleasure dealing with Rick, but in the end decided that the Lexus was not the vehicle for us.
